Our Center hall Colonial was failing us as our need for an accessible first floor master suite became apparent. Stuck on the side of our house was an underused three season room which had outlived its usefulness long ago. Rick and his team were the only ones who were able to grasp our impending need and deadline (hip surgery) and MADE IT HAPPEN. The house flows better, and the addition is First Class in every aspect.
Every bit of care and preparation was used before getting started; GTFM came to our house and showed us, suggested to us and related to us what would or would not work. We all agreed upon the final plan and they were started the same week. The work crews are seasoned professionals who have clearly done this before. There was no disruption to the household, and my family and 4 pets were always kept in mind.
Rick was always nearby and his suggestions and expertise were highly valued by my wife and I. We were never left alone, and the project’s work never stopped until they were finished and we were satisfied. The building materials were first class and they were able to match siding from years ago. If you had never seen this house, you would never know that such a complicated addition was present.
We cannot speak in enough superlative about GTFM and their team. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best contractor your money will buy.
