Every home renovation project should be meticulously planned, thoroughly researched, and discussed in detail before beginning. The initial consultation is critical to determine your goals. That’s why we’ll sit down with you to discuss your ideas and give you an estimate for the project.
Our experienced in-house designers will accurately measure your space and craft a stylish, functional blueprint specifically tailored to match your project’s needs as well as reflect your individual tastes.
Once you and our in-house designers agree on concepts and budget for your remodeling project, you’ll just have to pay a small deposit fee and we’ll get to work on the blueprints. You can expect to see the blueprint designs within 2-3 weeks, depending on the size and scope of your renovation.
With our in-house designs, you can review the initial blueprints in your home and detail any edits you want to make. Please note however, we can only complete 3-4 rounds of edits before sending the blueprints to the architect.
After the drawings are approved and the contract is signed, we’ll submit your remodeling blueprints to the architect. The only thing left for you to do is sit back and watch your home renovation dreams before a reality.
